Welcome! I'm Dr. Steve Lautenschlager, the creator of Ninja Mastery.

I hold a Ph.D. in particle physics from Duke University and have worked as a professional .NET software engineer for nearly two decades. I first began programming C# while working for Microsoft.

I've been studying the tools and techniques of systematic trading for many years. While I've used a few different trading platforms including my own custom systems, NinjaTrader is my preferred platform these days because I have more flexibility for integrating my own code.
